The Bentley Hotel in New York was the perfect choice for my budget-friendly trip to the Big Apple. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ms Neidaly Sveta at the reception who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was excellent, close to the second avenue subway for easy access to the city, and within walking distance of Rockefeller Center where I needed to be. The room was clean and neat, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The bathroom could use some renovations, with visible wear and tear on the bathtub and toilet seat. The room was a bit noisy, with street noise and an old heating/cooling unit causing disturbance.

Great location close to subway and 20-minute walk to Central Park. Friendly staff, clean room, and comfy amenities.

the bed at bentley was very comfortable and the staff upgraded me at no charge. the location is great for access to attractions, transportation, and dining options. there's a nice area along the east river for walks or runs, and the hotel provides good amenities, plenty of electrical outlets, and excellent lighting. the staff were friendly and helpful.
